Lara Stancich: Interior Designer and Project Manager
Originally from New Zealand, I am an award-winning interior designer with over ten years experience designing and delivering residential and commercial interiors in the UK, France and New Zealand. I moved to Padova in 2018 with my Italian husband, 3 children and our French Bulldog ‘Coco’. I have extensive experience in property hunting, renovations and project management and when I am not indulging my passion for creating spaces to live, work and breathe in, I love to ski and walk in the mountains.
Ann Molari: Property Huntress and Renovator
I am a property renovator with 20 years experience in buying & selling over 16 properties in the UK and having undertaken 2 recent renovation projects here in Italy. I’m also an Airbnb Superhost. I love everything about property. I moved to Padova to join my Italian Hotelier husband and create the home we share with our gorgeous dog Hugo in the beautiful Colli Eganei area. My role is to help our clients strategically market their home to the ideal buyer, then Lara, Jo and I will prepare, style and stage your home for sale.
When I’m not working I love to travel back to my native home in Scotland and of course search for my next project!
